This site was planned to adhere to all the 5 critical design elements, and it was tested and
re-tested to confirm adherence to these.
There are no dazzling graphics or animations in this web site - for a very good reason - your
time is important to us.
Download speed should be quick. Your time is regarded as valuable.
The navigation system, we hope, is effective. There are navigation bars at the top and bottom
of the page (we made these text, to accomodate persons with with their graphics turned off, and
to reduce page sizes).
The hypertext links are repeated at the end of a passage to avoid your flow of thought being
interrupted while reading.
We added "splabs" in the left and right hand margins, to give you previews of interesting parts and bits
that you can find in this site.
The site is cross-browser compatible - every page has been tested in Netscape and Explorer,
versions 3 and up. There is no browser-specific HTML in this site.
Contents: we have attempted to give you information that is interesting and informative.
We welcome questions from you, and will certainly try our best to answer them, adding them to the
FAQ page.
