What can Cyberdoc do for me?
Thank you for visiting our site.
You have put in a lot of work into your excellent product, be that a mechanical widget or a software application. You have had reasonable to good local market success. Or you are now considering entering the export market. But something is missing?
We don't just write technical manuals, but offer a complete documentation service for your business. We will undertake the research, writing and design of original material for your product, service or firm, as well as create graphic images. Paramount to all our clients is the effective communication of your information, for whatever purpose it is intended.
Since the establishment of Cyberdoc, some of the projects undertaken, include:
- Persetel Systems Integration. The writing and processing of transactions for the National Information System. A variety of diagrams were also created in CorelDRAW.
- Cyberdoc had an on-site technical writer at Ikwezi Telecommunications, creating Online Help in HTML. This was for the Integrated Transport System, for the National Roads Department.
- We produced a suite of manuals, for Cyborg Systems (Africa), using the OneStop Documentation principles (developed in the USA). These manuals are for a software payroll application, comprising a total of 39 manuals. The manuals were produced using Microsoft Word, running in Doc-To-Help. The documentation is used at their Chicago head office, as well as their London office.
- Cyberdoc have produced Online Help and a users guide for a project management information system, developed for a local council.
- A technical manual was produced for Marine Data Systems (Pty) Ltd, with extremely tight deadlines.
- Cyberdoc has been appointed the official supplier to update and produce all John Deere’s documentation, and the printing of their manuals and catalogues. This is an on-going project.
